Hi, I’m Tia, your NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) Certified Wellness Coach. My journey started several years ago as I sought balance in my own life. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for wellness coaching, starting with youth athletes. I wanted to help them navigate the challenges of adolescence and sport identity through positive reinforcement and coaching. Now, I'm committed to guiding adolescence and adults alike on a path to uncover the best version of yourself using proven NASM methods. Together, we’ll create a balanced and fulfilling life that aligns with your goals. Let’s embark on this transformative journey!
Personal Sports (Volleyball) Lessons
As an integral part to my health and wellness journey, I have been a volleyball player, coach, and enthusiast for over 25 years. I draw on that experience to give my novice to experienced clients the tools they need to be a successful athlete with solid fundamentals.

In addition to on-court lessons, I offer video review and analysis for athletes who are looking for feedback on improving based on how they apply their skills in competition .

I use my NASM Certified Wellness Coach certification to offer an additional dimension to an athletes development focusing on Positive Psychology Coaching techniques to create a foundation of confidence helping them take their game to the next level.
