Service Description

The American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training with Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course prepares youth ages 11-16 to care for children and infants safely and confidently. It includes hands-on activities videos and discussions to develop essential real-life readiness babysitting skills. The course covers feeding diapering picking up and holding children safety and emergency response. We want to prepare participants well for emergencies but CPR can be physically demanding and participants should ideally weigh at least 85-90 pounds to participate in this portion of the course. Successful completion awards a 10-year Babysitter’s Training certificate and a 2-year Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certificate. **Please note that your registration is not complete until the emailed invoice is paid IN FULL**
