Service Description

Coach Tia has been a volleyball player, coach, official, and enthusiast for over 25 years. She draws on that experience to give her novice to experienced clients the tools they need to be a successful athlete with solid fundamentals. In addition to on-court lessons, she offers video review and analysis for athletes who are looking for feedback on improving based on how they apply their skills in competition . Coach Tia is also our NASM Certified Wellness Coach and offers an additional dimension to an athletes development focusing on Positive Psychology Coaching techniques to create a foundation of confidence helping them take their game to the next level.
